Scope: Addition with four-story atrium, complex computer infrastructure, pedestrian bridge, pond, and increased force protection – all with sustainable design
Size: 450,000 gsf addition, 830,000 gsf existing renovation
Cost: $112 million (estimated during design)
Role: Project Architect (2002) - document coordination with in-house engineers; site coordination with civil engineering, landscape architecture, and force protection engineering; interior signage package
Awards: 2003 Winner – Committee of 100 Award for Site Security and Force Protection Design
